With extensive experience in car rental operations, fleet financing, and corporate development, Carlos plays a key role in supporting more than 150 franchisees across the Americas. His expertise in financial modeling and fleet profitability has made him a respected leader in the industry. Before joining Green Motion and U-Save, Carlos served as Vice President of Legal and Government Affairs at Auto Spot Rentals and operated his own rental businesses at both airport and neighborhood locations.

As an ACRA Board Member and Advisory Council Member for the Athena ZEV project, Carlos actively advocates for policies that support the growth and sustainability of the car rental sector. His industry insights have been featured in major publications, including Fortune Magazine Mexico.
