As the founder of Green Motion, Richard pioneered an eco-focused, technology-driven approach that disrupted the industry, growing the brand to over 80 countries and 600+ locations. His expertise in commercial operations, franchise development, and global expansion has made him a true innovator in the mobility sector.

In 2022, Richard led Green Motion’s acquisition of U-Save. Under his leadership, U-Save has expanded from seven countries to 25 and counting, strengthening its position as a leading franchise-first car rental brand.
